What is Hiro?

Hiro is personal assistant for new parents.

How does Hiro help?

Think of Hiro as a baby planner, looking out for you and preparing you to be a great parent. Just like a baby planner, you can message experts to get trusted answers to your questions. Overall, we provide two things: parenting information and helpful products.

How does Hiro work?

When a user joins Hiro, they share their family information - how many kids they have, age of kids, stage in pregnancy, etc. Using this information we personalize Hiro, predicting the family’s needs ahead of time and proactively making sure they’re taken care of.

Is the app free? If not, how much does it cost?

Hiro has a free version and a paid version. We have an amazingly detailed knowledge base of parenting information, we want everyone to have access to that. The free version will give families access to all proactive features of Hiro - we’ll remind you when to childproof, when to buy musical toys, when to introduce your baby to feeling toys.

Our paid version is all about parent support and additional personalization. Parents who only want personalized recommendations, want Hiro to complete errands, or just want to talk to an expert, Hiro Premium is perfect. And it’s only $20 a month.

What if I don’t like my Hiro and I paid for it?

We have a 30 day money back guarantee. If you don’t like Hiro, you don’t pay for it. We’re confident that won’t be the case.

What makes Hiro an expert?

Hiro experts go through extensive training. We base our information primarily through validated parenting websites, academic articles, and professionals like nutritionist and pediatricians. Most of our experts are parents themselves or have domain experience for multiple years.
Purchases and Returns

Where do my purchases come from?

We fulfill your  purchases through our network of retailers this includes big shop retailer like Amazon or Giggle but also small mom and pop shops.

How will I receive order updates?

We provide estimated delivery timelines and shipping updates all within the app. We track orders closely on your behalf and will keep you apprised of any changes.

What if I need to exchange or return something?

Products purchased on Hiro can be exchanged or returned pursuant to the terms provided by each individual merchant. Exchange/return instructions will be provided as the need arises. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date you ship your return. Certain made-to-order or customized products cannot be returned or exchanged. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will always clearly communicate any exceptions or restrictions to you prior to purchase.

How do purchases work?

When you confirm your initial order, you’ll provide your credit card number, billing ZIP code, and shipping address. We’ll handle the purchase and charge your card once your order is placed. We do not store your credit card information or share it with merchants—all payment processing is handled by Stripe using bank-level security. Other personal information, like your name and address, is used only as needed to place your orders.
