We are saying goodbye...
Dear Hiro Parents,
Thank you all for being such amazing supporters of Hiro, and believers in the service we were endeavoring to provide to new and expecting parents. Today, I am reaching out to inform you that we have decided to shut Hiro down on February 6th 2017.  

What’s happening?
While we appreciate the positive response and thousands of questions, requests and recommendations that Hiro has helped support, we will not be able to operate any longer.

From February 2nd the Hiro App will not be available for download on the App Store. We will also not take any new orders nor answer new request though we will fully support your questions and logistics around existing orders.

From February 6th, you won't be able to interact with Hiro through the iOS app. Our customer support will stay available for questions until March 31st: info@hirobaby.com

Hiro Premium members will be fully refunded the remaining days of their subscription.

What’s next?
While shutting Hiro down is not easy for us, we remain excited about the future and look forward to new opportunities to help make your lives easier.

Lastly, we'd like to extend a big thank you to everyone who has supported us since our launch. We enjoyed helping you on your parenting journey, and wish you and your family all the best.
