Goodtime Labs, Inc. (referred to as “Goodtime Labs,” “Company,” “us,” “our,” or “we”), the creators of the mobile device application, Hiro (the “App”), and provider of the website located at heyhiro.com (the “Site”), is committed to protecting your privacy when visiting the Site or using the App. This privacy policy (“Policy”) is designed to explain and help you understand our practices with regard to the collection, use, and disclosure of information that we receive through use of our Site and/or App. The Policy applies to all visitors to this Site and registered users of the App. The Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, or applications, even if they are accessible through our Site or App. By accessing or using our Site or App, you consent to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure, and other uses of your information as described in this Policy, Regardless of which country you reside in or supply information from, you authorize us to use your information in the United States and any other country where we may operate. So, please make sure you read and understand the Policy along with our Corporate Terms of Service to the extent they apply to your use of the Site or the App.
General

Revisions to this Privacy Polic

Any and all information collected via the Site or the App is covered by the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected. We may revise the Policy as necessary. If we make any substantive changes to the Policy, we’ll notify you of those changes by posting on the Site, sending you an e-mail, or notifying you within the App; there will also be an update to the “Last Updated Date” above to identify when those changes will become effective.

Personal Information Collected or Received from You

The information we gather from you enables us to personalize and improve the Site and the App, and allows you to create a user account that can be used to personalize your experience on the App. If you request membership through the Site or create an account through the App (“Account”), we’ll collect certain information that can be used to identify you, such as your name, e-mail address, postal address, phone number, and credit card information (“Account Information”). You should exercise care when submitting Account information, as we will be relying on that information to communicate with, coordinate and direct services to, and provide you with important notices. You can create an Account by requesting membership via the Site and/or via the App. If you create an Account, we may also collect other information that is not considered Account Information because it cannot be used independently to identify you.

Payment Processing

If you purchase any products or services through the Site or App, we may collect certain information regarding your purchase (such as purchased items, alternate delivery addresses) as necessary to process your order, and you will be required to provide certain payment and billing information such as your name, credit card information, and billing address. We do not directly access, store or collect your credit card information, and we will not use any payment information that we collect except as needed to fulfill your purchase/and or communicate with you regarding your transaction.

Social Networking Sites

We may create social networking accounts on sites such as Twitter, Facebook, or LinkedIn. If you decide to join or participate in our social media/networking efforts, any information that is disclosed should be considered public information and will be subject to the terms of those social networking sites. We have no obligation to keep private Personal Information that a user makes available to other users or the public using these sites or any other third party sites. Users should exercise caution when deciding to disclose Personal Information in public forums.

Information Obtained about Third Parties

If you provide us with information about other individuals or entities, or if other sources provide us with your information, we will only use the information for the specific purpose for which it was provided.

Automatically Collected Personal Information

“Web Beacons” (also known as Web bugs, pixel tags or clear GIFs) are tiny graphics with a unique identifier that may be included on our Services for several purposes, including to deliver or communicate with Cookies, to track and measure the performance of our Services, to monitor how many visitors view our Services, and to monitor the effectiveness of our advertising (if any). Unlike Cookies, which are stored on the user’s hard drive, Web Beacons are typically embedded invisibly on web pages (or in an e-mail).

Information Related to Use of the Services

Our servers automatically record certain information about how a person uses our Site and App (we refer to this information as “Log Data”), including both Account holders and non-Account holders (either, a “User”). Log Data may include information such as a User’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, the web page that a User was visiting before accessing our Site, the pages or features of our Site and App to which a User browsed and the time spent on those pages or features, search terms, e-mails that a user opens, the links on our Site and App that a User clicked on and other statistics (such as a user’s shopping preferences i.e. favorite brands and stores, and clothing sizes). We use Log Data to administer the Site and App and we analyze (and may engage third parties to analyze) Log Data to improve, customize and enhance our Site and App by expanding their features and functionality and tailoring them to our Users’ needs and preferences. We may use a person’s IP address to generate aggregate, non-identifying information about how our Site and App are used.

Information Sent by Your Mobile Device

We may collect certain information that your mobile device sends when you use our Site and App, like a device identifier, user settings and the operating system of your device, as well as information about your use of our Site and App.

Location Information

When you use our App, we may collect and store information about your location by converting your IP address into an approximate geo-location or by accessing your mobile device’s GPS coordinates or coarse location if you enable location services on your device. We may use location information to improve and personalize our Site and App for you. If you do not want us to collect location information, you may disable that feature on your mobile device.

We offer you choices regarding the collection, use and sharing of your Account Data and we’ll respect the choices you make. Please note that if you decide not to provide us with the Account Data that we request, you may not be able to access all of the features of the Site and App.

Opt-Out

We may periodically send you free newsletters and e-mails that directly promote our Site and App. When you receive such promotional communications from us, you will have the opportunity to “opt-out” (either through your Account or by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the e-mail you receive). We do need to send you certain communications regarding the Site and App and you will not be able to opt out of those communications – e.g., communications regarding updates to our various Terms of Service or this Privacy Policy or information about billing.

You can access and modify the Account Data associated with your Account by sending an email to support@heyhiro.com or through the settings feature on your Account profile (if and when available).

Responding to Do Not Track Signals

Our Site and App do not have the capability to respond to “Do Not Track” signals received from various web browsers.

We take reasonable administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect the information that we collect from or about you (including your Account Data) from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When you enter sensitive information on our forms or in our Apps, we encrypt this data using SSL or other technologies]. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information.

We’re not responsible for the content, privacy or security practices and policies of any Third-party Service. To protect your information we recommend that you carefully review the privacy policies of all Third-party Services that you access.

International Transfer

Your Account Data may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you’re located outside the United States and choose to provide your Account Data to us, we may transfer your Account Data to the United States and process it there.

Our Policy Toward Children

Our Site and App are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect Account Data from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected Account Data of a child under 13 we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible. If you are under 18, you should use the Site and App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you are the parent or guardian of a person under the age of 13 who has provided personally identifiable information to us, please inform us by contacting us at support@heyhiro.com and we will remove such information from our database.
